Dear Loyal Clients,
After 35 plus years of impassioned historical preservation/restoration work, I have decided to take the leap toward retirement. By the end of 2025, I will be closing my beloved family business, that thrived for nearly a quarter of a century.
Since winter, I have considered slowly winding down, but the cost of doing business has simply grown too high to continue. The past two years have been very challenging.
While I look forward to spending more time with family, especially my grandchildren, the privilege and joy that has come from serving you and your amazing properties is something I will never forget.
Thank you for allowing me to put integrity first and partnering with me on approaching projects in ways that pay proper homage to your property’s origins. Acting as your property’s professional steward has been the honor of my life!
As genuine old house enthusiasts, you know that reputable historical preservation/restoration experts are few and far between. My suggestion is to reach out to your local historical commissions and ask for recommended sources.
I deeply appreciate your trust in the Old New England Restoration, Inc. family and wish you, your families and your properties all the best
Sincerely,
Bill Hardiman

About Our Passion
Proudly Serving Historical Building Enthusiasts Since 1999
Massachusetts-based Old New England Restoration, Inc., is a small to medium-sized, personable, family-owned and operated design build contracting company that has been proudly serving historical building enthusiasts since 1999. President, Bill Hardiman, has more three decades of experience with historical preservation and restoration. While he and the crew recognize that they are centuries ahead of the buildings they design and work on, and strive to accommodate changing needs and visions, historical integrity is central to the projects they work on. Those working for Old New England Restoration, Inc. consider themselves to be stewards of the old structures that they dedicate themselves to and to those who have honored them with their business.
As a consequence of being in business for nearly a quarter of a century, Old New England Restoration, Inc., is in the process of developing the capacity for property management, maintenance and smaller handyman projects. Serving these three divisions is a state-of-the-art custom woodworking shop, in which cabinetry, built-ins and millwork come to life. Old New England Restoration, Inc. also does it’s own excavation, trenching, and drainage. Regardless of what may come up, Old New England Restoration, Inc. is prepared.
